Passion to Share
It makes sense, I guess, that if you want to learn, you will also want to share what you've learned.

I began teaching junior high at age 18. That was a steep learning curve –– at least for me!

I was principal of an elementary school at age 21. Another steep learning curve! But an opportunity to share in yet more ways.

University teaching and program development provided more opportunities to learn and share, enriched by the opportunity to live and work in fascinating new places.

Workplace essential skills program development and facilitation turned out to be for me, in some ways, the quintessential sharing experience, accompanied, of course, by the opportunity to learn so much from so many people, not least of all the program participants!

Along the way, I gave editorial support to several doctoral students whose first language isn't English.

And I've been tutoring. Sheet metal apprentices. Junior and senior high school students. University student. GED candidate.
